Great friends Debbie Lackner and David Mushibayev opened Plandome Haircutters in Manhasset on January 5th, 2015. Having over 60 years of combined experience cutting and stylizing hair, Debbie and David offer services based on the knowledge and skills they have gained throughout the years.

What began with just three chairs, Plandome Haircutters is now a full-service upscale barbershop. The term haircutters in the name was chosen to convey we are a unisex establishment that welcomes both men and women, as opposed to just a salon. There is something for everyone here, and we are very family oriented.

Haircuts For Everyone

We offer haircuts for men, women, children, and trendier techniques like razor cuts and point cutting. Our services include color, highlights, hot shaves, keratin treatments, manicures, pedicures and waxing, all in a pleasant atmosphere.

Our barbershop and hair salon always provides a personal consultation session to help our stylists understand and achieve the client’s desired look.
